Shipping

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped. 

Please allow 24 hours after placing your order for tracking information to become available. You can track your order from your Account page.

We offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $6.95 for orders 1lb and under, orders over 1lb have a flat rate of $8.95.


We offer free Economy shipping for orders over $59.

Unfortunately, we only ship within the continental United States. This does not include PO boxes, APO, or FPO.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping!

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET ship the same day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped the next business day—including those with expedited shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will notify you via email when the refund has been issued.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, though the total process may take up to 14 business days.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 100 days of purchase. 

Masks and all other final sale items are NOT eligible for refund or replacement. 

Garments worn, printed, washed, decorated, and/or altered are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement. 

You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.

Our return policy allows returns for unopened, damaged and incorrect products purchased in the last 100 days.


If you'd like to proceed with a return, please [visit our return portal]. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days or less of our returns department receiving it.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed, so we are unable to change or cancel orders. If you need to return your order, visit our Returns portal.

If you're attempting to change or cancel an order, please visit our [Order Management portal] as soon as possible and request a cancellation in the subject line. We'll do our best to assist you. However, it's important to note that we cannot make order changes once your order is packed, which is usually [24-48] hours after you place an order.


If we weren't able to make the desired modifications to your order in time, don’t worry. We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns through our portal [link to Return portal].

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Delivery and Order Issues

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.


On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost box claim.


If you need additional assistance, please contact us for support. Note: Clothing Shop Online is not responsible for stolen packages.

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue in our Order Management portal for further assistance. Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item. We will be happy to assist!

We have 8 warehouses across the U.S. to ship items as fast as possible. However, sometimes orders are fulfilled from different locations, leading to multiple shipments.

This does not affect shipping costs but may result in varying delivery times or different carriers.

Payments, Discounts, and Rewards

To apply a promo or discount code, proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field. Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

We do not support tax exemptions as we operate as a traditional e-retailer.

For tax exemption purchases, we recommend buying through an apparel wholesaler.

Account and Subscriptions

Miscellaneous

To deliver the most competitive, everyday low prices to our customers, we now offer reduced prices on eligible sale items automatically, regardless of cart size. Sale prices are displayed directly on the product pages and notated in blue.

Eligible bulk orders $80 and up are still automatically discounted in cart. Unlike before, sale items may be eligible for additional bulk discounts, but at a maximum rate that factors in any reduced pricing that has already been applied.

Closeout prices are notated in red on product pages, are not eligible for additional bulk discounts, and are final sale. Please note, all Richardson products are excluded from all discounts and promotions, including promo codes and bulk discounts.
